Class Title The Architecture of Eating
Description This Seminar will explore topics surrounding the relationships that exist between the production, trade, delivery and consumption of food and the city. Our interests will be in the particular manifestations of spatial realms constituted through these relationships. The course will primarily use particular case study analysis to research and describe these spatial relationships through various forms of representational media. The products of the course will be a range of possible representations of analysis, from drawings to photographs to video.
