| Description | Installation art is an ephemeral, environmental form that relies on principles of architecture for its expression. This course is a studio/seminar that draws on video installation as a platform for studying the potential marriage between moving images and architectural space. Using editing and lighting techniques, supportive site-specific contexts, and the spectator’s movement as critical building blocks,students will learn to build meaningful multimedia environments in public places. |
