Class Title Drawn Forth
Description A range of provocative topics belong to the construction of Drawn Forth: the ethics of drawing; proximities of the architect, the drawing and architecture; the temporality of drawing; what can be drawn, or visualized; the characteristics of experience that elude drawing conventions; drawing that which is not targeted for the imaging of architecture; and drawings as things in the world.

Emphasis will be placed on seminar participation, developing a body of references and the quality of produced drawings. The drawn work will engage: erasure and transformation; temporal morphology; digital and manual ‘cross-breeding’; and taxonomic/ information visualization. We will push skill development and broadening the envelop of visual(izing) dexterity. The seminar hopes to animate drawing versatility as a dominant trait of a new breed of architectural protagonists.
