| Description | This lecture/seminar course focuses on the knowledge and skills associated with the planner/architect working as, or with, a real estate developer in the U.S. The emphasis is on the integration of planning, marketing, site analysis, development regulation, and financial analysis with site design. While the project involves a medium density residential development, methods applicable to office projects are covered as well. Microcomputers are used� - previous computer or design experience is not required. |
