Ayesha Wahid is a consultant, an orator, researcher and educator. She has worked as a consultant and educator in the fields of Project Management, Building Engineering and Architecture. Her current research interests lie at the intersection of History, Urbanism and Policy and are motivated by goals of urban equity, inclusion, social and distributive justice. In the past, she has been actively engaged in interdisciplinary research and has worked on projects/papers on Sustainable Development, Affordable Housing and Strategic Management in Construction. She has held the post of lecturer and instructor at a NAAB accredited institution along with being an expert evaluator for other programs. She is affiliated with diverse organizations and has presented at several conferences on varied topics. She holds a degree in Project Management as well as a degree in Architecture.
She has been the recipient of several awards – University of Bahrain Lecturer Appreciation Award; Diyar Al Muharraq Juror Recognition Award, SK Naraina Graduation Project Gold Medal, GATE Scholarship Award and President of India Award for Academic Excellence.
