David Eugin Moon is a New York based architect and a founding partner of N H D M, a collaborative practice for design and research in architecture and urbanism. His most recent work include the Nam June Paik Library and two projects featured in the 5th International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam, a speculative design project (No) Stop Marconi and the research and design initiative Post-Squat NL. The work of N H D M has been published widely and has received the 2012 AIANY Design Honor Award and the I.D. Annual Design Review Design Distinction Award.

Prior to founding N H D M, Moon has lived and worked in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, most recently as a key designer and researcher at the Office for Metropolitan Architecture for several years in both Rotterdam and New York.

Moon's current work examines the historic significance of the architectural program and its reinterpretation and manipulation in the contemporary urban discourse. Other research includes the projective role of experimentation in representation. He is currently faculty in architecture at the University of Michigan, holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University (2001), and is a registered architect in New York and the Netherlands.
