Taubman College Commencement Ceremony

Be present as the Dean, Program Chairs, and Faculty confer all Taubman College Bachelors, Masters, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS
1:00pm - Graduates should arrive to the steps of Hill Auditorium for a class photo
1:15pm - Guests requiring disability seating may arrive early (please email Katee Cole if this applies to you or any of your guests)
1:30pm - Doors open for guest seating
2:00pm - Graduate procession begins
4:00pm - Dean's Reception at the Michigan League (click here to RSVP)

 

ACADEMIC ATTIRE
Academic attire is required for all students participating in the commencement ceremonies listed above. Attire can be purchased at three Ann Arbor locations below. Beginning in mid-March, academic attire may be purchased at all three locations listed.

TICKETS
Tickets are not required for the Taubman College ceremony on May 1.

PARKING
The gates to all structures on Central Campus will be open on Sunday, May 1. Parking enforcement to these structures will be suspended through Sunday evening. In addition, all University parking areas/surface lots on Central, North, and South Campuses will have suspended parking enforcement on Sunday, and guests will be welcome to park in any available unrestricted blue, orange, and yellow parking spaces.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Our photographer will take a class photograph on the steps of Hill Auditorium at 1:00pm. Graduation Foto will also take a photograph of each student as they cross the stage and as they leave the stage. They will provide color proofs to you if you provide your address (there is no charge and no obligation to purchase).
