CAPS Vinyasa yoga workshop
Students are encouraged to attend a Vinyasa based yoga workshop which emphasizes integrating movement with breath and mindfulness. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow to awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun and playful atmosphere. This energizing and rejuvenating workshop welcomes all levels of yogis, from first-timers to those with a steady practice. Elizabeth González will be leading the class and is a Registered Yoga Teacher as well as the Assistant Director of Clinical Services at CAPS.
The workshop will be capped at 20 students. Please RSVP here. You are welcome to bring a mat if you have one but the carpet in 2108 will also work.
