Stress/time management workshop
Find out the best way to manage your stress and time at a 45 minute workshop on Friday, March 24 from noon - 12:45 pm in room 2210. Karen Henry, the embedded counselor from U-M Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), will be leading you through best practices. You'll walk away with ideas you can immediately use!
