Kevin Adkins

Kevin Adkins is a Lecturer at the University of Michigan, Taubman College of Architecture & Urban Design with a focus on design and construction.

He received his Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. At both universities, Kevin exhibited many projects and received multiple awards including nominations for the SOM Travelling Fellowship and the Schiff Award. He also received a portfolio award from the Emerging Visions 2000 Portfolio Competition sponsored by AIA Chicago, Knoll, and The Chicago Architectural Club.

Kevin is a licensed architect and has worked with practices in Michigan, Illinois, and California in a variety of programs and scale. His projects have won multiple awards from a variety of publications including Residential Architect, and the AIA. Most recently he worked as a Senior Project Architect designing premium modular, factory built, houses for clients in several states.

Kevin is currently in process of forming ad| |Room architecture + design.
