Taubman College Sophia Chen, doctoral student in urban and regional planning, has received a Rackham International Students Fellowship for the winter 2009 term.
The Rackham International Students Fellowship is awarded to two international graduate students who are in their second or third academic term and are actively pursuing a degree. Students are nominated by their programs and must have a strong academic record, be making good progress toward the degree, and demonstrate outstanding academic and professional promise.
