Taubman College Karl Daubmann featured in article on Blu Homes
Karl Daubmann, associate professor of architecture at Taubman College and VP of Design and Creative Director with Blu Homes, was recently featured in an annarbor.com article on Blu Homes. The article covers the companies move to a larger office space in Ann Arbor but also reveals the Taubman College influence on the company.
“When it began looking for a new creative director two years ago, Blu Homes assumed it would work out of the Boston-area office, Daubmann said. But with 90 percent of its new architects coming from U-M, Blu Homes quickly warmed to the idea of setting up a design outpost in Ann Arbor and hired Daubmann to be creative director.”
