Faculty Discuss Plans for I-375 in Detroit

Professors of Urban and Regional Planning Margaret Dewar and June Manning Thomas offered their thoughts on what should be done as the Michigan Department of Transportation explores whether to rebuild or find a new use for the mile-long I-375 freeway that runs along Detroit’s east side. Their ideas were quoted in an article in the Detroit Free Press, “Sounding Off on the Future of I-375,” on June 15, 2014.
