Etienne Speaks at Drexel University Symposium

Assistant Professor of Urban and Regional Planning Harley Etienne spoke at “Drexel at 125: Finding the Past, Building the Present” a symposium that looks at the university’s urban setting and the decision to place the Drexel Institute of Arts, Science and Industry “within a district where rail yards, factories and warehouses sat side-by-side with the neighboring family rowhouses of Powelton and Mantua.” Etienne’s talk “Looking Forward: West Philadelphia and University City after University-Driven Change” took place on Friday, March 3, 2017.
