Its properties define the skylines of many major metropolises including New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Houston, Toronto, and Calgary. Despite a historic period of financial volatility, Brookfield Properties has had solid earnings, strong cash flows, and low vacancy rates.
