This event precedes graduate level urban planning classes taught by Chris Leinberger and Peter Allen. TOD opportunities in Howell, Ypsilanti, and Ann Arbor will be explored, and the concept of a Green Growth Corridor, a lifestyle corridor, will be introduced for discussion. Speakers include Chris Leinberger, Professor of Practice in Urban Planning and Director, Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development; and Sue Zielinski, Managing Director, UM SMART Project.
