M.U.P. Dress Rehearsal: Presentation to Wayne County Treasurer’s Office The dress rehearsal for a class of urban planning students who have been working with the Wayne County Treasurer’s Office to lay out a plan to increase revenues and decrease costs of the auctions that follow tax foreclosure, and to increase positive reuse of property following the auctions.
