Did you know…?
Studies of undergraduates have shown that anxiety is reduced when students have an opportunity to interact with a dog. Studies of college students have confirmed that interacting with a dog often produces less anxiety than interacting with people. The presence of friendly animals has been shown to decrease the physical and psychological responses to stress as well as decrease loneliness and depression.
