- Application Deadline: December 15th (annually)
- Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Application Deadline: January 1 - April 30th
- Notification of Acceptance: beginning middle February
- Enrollment Deposit and Intent to Enroll Deadline: April 15th
Ph.D. in Urban Planning
- Application Deadline: January 15th (annually)
- Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Application Deadline: January 1 - April 30th
- Notification of Acceptance: beginning late February
Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development
- Current UM students: March 1st for fall term, December 1st for winter term.
- Note: Admissions decisions will not be made until final grades from at least one term of study at UM are recorded.
- Non-UM applicants: January 15th for fall term, November 1st for winter term.
