URP 427 – Sustainable Food Systems

Description

This course teaches about food systems through interdisciplinary, experiential and peer-based learning. In addition to applying systems thinking (meeting jointly with NUTR555, NRE501, and URP527) students in the URP427 section will focus on the unique perspectives urban and regional planners bring to understanding and addressing food systems problems.
