URP 610 – Food Literacy Discussion

Description

This optional 1-credit discussion section will allow students to reflect more deeply on the implications of each Food Literacy for All talk for local and global food systems planning and policy. The discussion group will also occasionally debrief the talks with food systems scholars and students from Chiapas, Mexico and Detroit.
