General Information

Location: Both days of the Forum program will be held on the campus of the University of Michigan at the Michigan League, 911 N. University Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI.

Conference Registration: The deadline for phone, fax and mail pre-registration is Friday, November 6, 2009. The online pre-registration deadline is Monday, November 9, 2009. After that date on-site registration is possible if space allows. Registration confirmation is sent via email by next business day. If payment has not been received prior to the registration deadline, a credit card guarantee will be required on site. Your card charges will not be processed if payment is received within one week of the event.

Meals: Continental breakfast and lunch are provided both days of the conference.

Lodging: Two blocks of rooms have been arranged at The Inn at the Michigan League and the Holiday Inn Near the University of Michigan.

Rooms at The Inn at the Michigan League are $135 single and $145 double, plus tax. Call (734) 764-3177 for reservations by October 10, 2009. Ask for the UM/ULI Real Estate Forum room block.

Rooms at the Holiday Inn are $89 single or double, plus tax. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. For reservations at the group rate call (800) 800-5560 by October 20, 2009 and ask for the UM/ULI Real Estate Forum room block.

Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellation refund requests must be made in writing no later than Monday, November 9, 2009. Refund requests will not be accepted after that date.

Bus Tour: The narrated bus tour gives participants opportunities to view varying sites of interest. Descriptions will be available upon arrival at the conference.
