Fees include conference materials, meals, and refreshments. The Wednesday fee also includes tour transportation. Registration forms received with payment, billing, or charge information will receive confirmation and map by mail or fax from the Forum. The pre-registration deadline is Friday, October 14, 2005. Registration forms received after 5:00 p.m. October 14 will be held for on-site processing and availability. Those who wish to register after October 14 may register on-site. Please submit a separate registration form for each participant. Registrations will not be accepted by phone. A 10 percent discount is offered to members of ULI who enclose photocopies of their membership cards or proof of membership.
