Favorite author and why: My favorite author is David Macauley for his ability to use his background in architecture in different ways to create narratives.

Favorite thing to do when not at TC: Travel. 

DEI Contribution/Highlight: As a Michigan Mellon Fellow leading the ArcPrep (Architecture Preparatory) program, I have had the privilege to interact with Detroit Public High School students and to support their pursuit of futures/careers in varying fields related to the built environment.

Why is diversity, equity, and inclusion important to you? It is important to advocate for equal access to education surrounding the creative disciplines for underserved and underrepresented communities and/or individuals, as a means to reclaim spatial stewardship over urban futures.
