Affiliation/Title: Undergraduate Student

Degree(s): Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Candidate 2021

Home Country: United States

Language(s) Spoken: English

Gender Identity: N/A

Racial Identity/Ethnicity: Black

Favorite food: My mother’s Chicken and Egg Curry.

Favorite book and why: Come from Away by Irene Sankoff and David Hein. This is hands down the most immersive experience I’ve had at a musical.

Favorite thing to do when not at TC: If I’m not working at studio, I am behind a camera, in front of a screen, or helping out at the Fisher Theatre downtown!

DEI Contribution/Highlight: For me, the best way I can help others is by being kind to everyone! Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are all skills we must develop through daily practice. It takes time and patience to unlearn some of our patterned behaviors so I strive to be kind to others every day.

Why is diversity, equity, and inclusion important to you? I think every person deserves equal access to opportunity.
