DEI Contribution/Highlight: I helped organize and facilitate the DEI Leadership Development Program, meant for each individual to assess where they are in their DEI journey, where they’d like to be, and how to get there.

Why is diversity, equity, and inclusion important to you? It’s important for us to do the work required to move towards a space where no one feels like the ‘other’.
