SUMMARY:Future of Real Estate 2024 Competition: REIT Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Join the Weiser Center for Real Estate for the Fourth Annual Future of Real Estate Competition: REIT Challenge 2024! \nThis year’s FORE Competition will focus on selecting one (1) publicly traded REIT and improving their profitability and stature in the public eye. Students will create a Google Site to showcase their business plan and deliverables. Deliverables\, along with detailed rules and deadlines can be found on the Weiser Center website. \nThe competition will span roughly a month (Presentation & Awards will be November 19th)\, concluding with a 10-15 minute pitch presented to a panel of distinguished REIT professionals and an audience of their peers. Don’t miss your chance at the first place prize of $10K\, with prizes totaling $30\,000! Gather your team and be part of this exciting challenge! \nDon’t have a team and still want to participate? Don’t worry!
