DESCRIPTION:The Weiser Center for Real Estate invites you to attend the Future of Real Estate Competition Pitch & Award Ceremony on December 4th from 6PM-7:30PM at the Ross School of Business\, Room R1240! \nCome see the innovative solutions students have developed for this year’s challenge: “REIT Challenge – You’re the CEO.” Each team will present their ideas to a panel of judges from the REIT industry in 10-15 minute pitches\, tackling real-world problems in real estate. Esteemed judges from the REIT industry\, including Mark Parrell (President and CEO at Equity Residential)\, Joey Agree (CEO at Agree Realty Corporation)\, and Ross Cooper (President\, CIO at Kimco Realty)\, will evaluate each team’s ideas and award Grand Prizes totaling $30\,000 at the end of the event. \nDon’t miss this exciting opportunity to witness cutting-edge solutions and connect with industry leaders.
