Lunchtime Workshop Series: Guided Imagery – Part 1

October 9, 2012 at 12:00 pm

Experience the mental and physical benefits of guided imagery and learn how to incorporate this relaxing technique into your life. The effectiveness of guided imagery has been established by research findings that demonstrate its positive impact on health, creativity and performance. Because it is a right-brained activity, engaging in it will often be accompanied by other functions that reside in that vicinity: emotion, intuition, abstract thinking and empathy. This workshop will be held in a dim room with soothing audio. While you relax your entire body you’ll be amazed at how the outside world, and your stress, seem to melt away, renewing your confidence in managing a variety of life’s challenges.
