Pressing Matters / Prototyping Tomorrow Forum

October 3, 2022 at 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

The forum will bring together recipients of the 2019 Prototyping Tomorrow and the 2021 Pressing Matters research initiative grants to share their insights and provoke new ones.

The format will be a lively share-out and round-table discussion surrounded by a digital showcase of the completed (Prototyping Tomorrow) and work-in-progress (Pressing Matters) projects. There will be refreshments served at 5:30 pm.

Each team has designated a member to present a brief claim or provocation that focuses on the concepts, insights, and outcomes of the work—and what can be learned about architecture, planning, urban design, and/or urban technology. These lightning talks will be followed by a discussion moderated by Dean Jonathan Massey with all participants, open to audience Q&A.
