Payton A. Heins serves as Program Officer for Capacity Building at the Center for Community Progress, the only national nonprofit solely dedicated to building a future in which entrenched, systemic blight no longer exists in American communities. Working from the organization’s Flint and Detroit offices, Payton supports the national capacity building work of the organization through research and technical assistance to communities.

About the Tuesdays at Taubman Career Talk Series
Career Talk is a weekly brown bag lunch program where students get to interact with planning professionals. The program is intended to be an informal conversation that allows students to spend quality face-to-face time with planning professionals to gain insights into the field of planning and the different career tracks that different people have taken.
