Introduction to Mindfulness
A Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Drop-In Workshop
Mindfulness is a practice of living in the moment by actively and openly observing one's physical, mental and emotional experiences. It is a means of reducing stress, improving attention, reducing emotional reactivity, and improving a general sense of health and well-being. These weekly drop in sessions are offered the first three Wednesdays at noon in October and are open to all Stamps and Taubman students. This workshop is suitable for beginners and those that would like a refresher.
