UM/ULI Case Competition Information Session

UM/ULI Case Competition Information Session

The UM/ULI case competition is a great opportunity to practice real estate skills in marketing, negotiation, data analysis, design, planning, and many other skills. It does not require any travel, and it is a great way for students interested in the Real Estate Certificate to explore the world of real estate, without the stress of classwork. The Real Estate Club will help form teams for those looking for a team. Click here for the case competition team matching spreadsheet. Both architects and urban planners are encouraged to sign up, since a rendering is required for the case competition.

Your experience on case competitions can be invaluable for your learning and also provide direct experiences to discuss in job interviews. You will learn about finance, design, planning and real estate.  Many past participants have credited their case competition experience as the primary reason for entering their current fields of work.

Join us for the October 8 information session if you are interested in learning more, including presentations from last year's winners. In additon, the Real Estate Club is hosting a Case Competition workshop at the Ross School. on Sunday, 11 October, from 3-4 PM. More information and a RSVP link can be found here.

If you have any questions about the competiton, please contact Terence Cho (chot@umich.edu) or Justin Kubassek (kubassek@umich.edu).
