Fall 2015 ArcPrep Graduation

University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning (U-M), in coordination with Detroit Public Schools (DPS) and the Education Achievement Authority (EAA), will graduate 25 DPS juniors from an architecture prep program on January 11, 2016, in Detroit.  

The program provides participating high school students with 1.5 high school credits in an immersive, semester-long college preparatory course on architecture, urbanism and integrated design studio practices. The program’s purpose is to expose underrepresented minorities to the architecture discipline with the goal of helping to diversify the field.

Participating Detroit High Schools: Cass Technical High School, Detroit School of Arts, Henry Ford High School and Western International High School
