Ken Osmun, PE, DBIA, LEED AP
Group President, Construction
Prior to joining Wight & Company in 1999, Ken was a client of the firm. He served as the officer in charge of design and construction of the U.S. Navy’s Bachelor Enlisted Quarters project at the Great Lakes Naval Station, a pilot LEED project. Ken leads the firm’s construction group and co-leads the multidisciplinary group of architects, engineers, and construction managers who make up project teams. Known for his keen sense of humor, Ken has more than 20 years of experience with a variety of building types and is a recognized expert in project delivery.
Jason Dwyer, AIA, LEED AP
Vice President, Senior Project Executive
Jason specializes in exploring and solving complex design, urban planning, and construction challenges. His project experience encompasses numerous building types and market sectors, including recreation, justice, education, municipal, industrial, commercial/office, and developmental land planning. Skilled in a range of project delivery methods, Jason’s sustainable design expertise includes leading a LEED Platinum certified project and several LEED Gold certified projects. He is recognized for his commitment to understanding client needs and keeping their best interests at the forefront of projects as they progress.
Danielle Appello, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
A University of Michigan alum, Danielle has 10 years of architectural design experience. She brings a thoughtful design background to her work with clients in the governmental, education, hospitality, and private sectors. Since joining Wight & Company, Danielle has been an integral member of the team designing the new Will County Judicial Facilities Complex in Joliet, Illinois. Danielle is a licensed architect, LEED Accredited Professional, and NCARB Certified.
