Winter 2016 Michigan Architecture Prep Certificate Ceremony
University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, in coordination with Detroit Public Schools and the Education Achievement Authority, will graduate juniors from an architecture prep program on June 13, 2016, in Detroit.
The program provides participating high school students with 1.5 high school credits in an immersive, semester-long college preparatory course on architecture, urbanism and integrated design studio practices. The program’s purpose is to expose underrepresented minorities to the architecture discipline with the goal of helping to diversify the field.
Join as we celebrate the Winter 2016 participants and the generous donors who make the program possible. New partnerships with Cornell University's College of Architecture, Art, and Planning and ROSSETTI Architects will also be announced.
