Intro to Mindfulness with Karen Henry, Psy.D
Mindfulness is a practice of living in the moment by actively and openly observing one's physical, mental and emotional experiences. It is a means of reducing stress, improving attention, reducing emotional reactivity, and improving a general sense of health and well-being. This session is an introduction to mindfulness and some mindfulness practices. This workshop is suitable for beginners and those who would like a refresher.
