Identity Workshop March 2020: Conflict Management Styles

The “Identity Workshops” are designed for participants to interrogate their different identities and assumptions about themselves and others. Participants will leave with a better understanding of who they are and how their identities interact with the world.

This month's identity workshop will focus on Conflict Management Styles. This workshop will help participants recognize and reflect on the ways they approach conflict, and to direct them to consider other approaches that may be more useful in a given scenario. It will also serve to help participants better understand different approaches that others may use to manage conflict.

Food will be provided. Help us plan for the event by RSVPing (we want to make sure we have enough food for everyone! You are still welcome to come if you don’t get a chance to RSVP). Also, let us know if you need any accommodations or anything else you would like us to know.
