Dowdell Named to Crain’s 40 Under 40

Architecture Lecturer Kimberly Dowdell was named to Crain’s 40 Under 40, a list of young innovators and community builders revitalizing metro Detroit.

Dowdell’s work in Detroit focuses on neighborhood revitalization. As a Detroit native, Dowdell is committed to using her skills in real estate development and architecture to restore the vitality and strength of the city’s neighborhoods. In addition to her appointment as a Lecturer, Dowdell is a partner at Century Partners. In January, Dowdell will begin her two-year presidency of the National Organization of Minority Architects.
