Topics covered will include interest-based negotiation, stakeholder analysis, facilitation, mediation, the consensus building approach to multiparty negotiation, and the design of urban planning processes. Special attention will be paid to race, gender, and cultural diversity, as well as the role of power and expert knowledge.
