Jeffrey Kahan is a lecturer in urban and regional planning at the University of Michigan’s Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, where he teaches Urban Land Use Planning. Since 1993, Kahan has served as the planner for the City of Ann Arbor. Prior to that, he worked for three years as a planner for the Sacramento County Planning Department.
He received a Master of Urban Planning from Taubman College and a Bachelor of Science in planning, public policy, and management from the University of Oregon.
