Living^4 (*Living to the Power of 4)

Living^4 is a mix-used housing project located in Midtown, Detroit, a neighborhood that is undergoing positive changes and growth. With the Selden Innovation Corridor to the north of the lot, the site has great potential for increased activity, thriving businesses, job growth, and a higher demand for housing. Targeted towards the diverse growing population in the area and responding to the need for more engaged community space, Living^4 aims to build a community-oriented, safe, interactive project which promotes diversity and resilience.
