So Chill – Collective Housing for Homeless Youth

The site has been redesigned as a co-living space for homeless teens between the ages of 14 and 20. Therapy, career and educational counseling, communal dining, and recreational spaces will be provided throughout the site with careful consideration and fulfillment of the residents’ needs. A covered walkway leading to the site connects the building to the neighborhood. The residential units in this building will be combined with community activities, a study and reading area that spans two floors, a therapy space dedicated to residents, and a communal dining area.
