STUDIO 10 announces exhibition ‘Playing Hamtramck’

STUDIO 10, a University of Michigan collaborative of architecture students and faculty, recently announced Playing Hamtramck – an evening of play and an exhibition of game-related projects designed by STUDIO 10 as a way of meeting, conversing, understanding and collecting the architectural desires and urban needs of Hamtramck citizens.

Taking place on December, 13, 2013 at HATCH, Playing Hamtramck, represents nine possible visions for Hamtramck derived from five different games that have been played over the past month. The goal was to empower citizens to design and rethink what their community could be like at the public library, in coffee shops and other locations.

Playing Hamtramck Friday 12.13.13 – 4 – 9 pm. HATCH, 3456 Evaline, Hamtramck, MI 48212
