In our practice, we are constantly confronted by cycles: how architecture is remade time and again through renovations, extensions, and remodels; how museums project an image of perpetual newness and endless novelty; how materials are used, discarded, and (too infrequently) reused in various configurations. We’re inspired by this exhaustion, its sisyphean drama, and produce work that operates within its logics, against its trappings, and beyond its limits.
