McLain Clutter Named Interim Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Strategic Initiatives

Associate Professor of Architecture McLain Clutter has been named Taubman College’s Interim Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Strategic Initiatives.

Clutter’s work focuses on the role of architecture in contemporary urbanism, often looking at the relationship between architecture and media culture. Clutter leads Master of None, an Ann Arbor based research practice and is the partner of the design practice EXTENTS. He is the author of Imaginary Apparatus: New York City and its Mediated Representation published in 2015, and essays featured in Grey Room, Thresholds, MONU, 306090, the Journal of Architectural Education, Plat, The Avery Review, and the ARPA Journal to name a few.
