As the Human Resources Officer, Qiana London maintains and enhances the college’s human resources strategy by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Prior to joining the University of Michigan, Qiana’s work experience included operations management and benefits administration. Qiana received her Bachelor and Masters of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
