Assistant Professor of Practice Neal Robinson lectures on “The Architecture of Grease and Joy” at Washtenaw Community College
Assistant Professor of Practice in Architecture Neal Robinson will give a lecture entitled "Dairy Queens and Tasty Treats: The Architecture of Grease and Joy" at Washtenaw Community College on June 22, 2012. The lecture is part of a mini-series of culinary talks hosted at Washtenaw Community College. Robinson's lecture covers the evolving design and social structures of food-based architectural case studies from his own practice, n_space architectures. Presented projects will range from fine dining restaurants and upscale wine bars to modest cafes and campfire logics.
