Andrew Selinger
Andrew Selinger is an adjunct practice instructor who specializes in real estate development.
Andrew currently serves as the chief investment officer at Oxford Companies in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where his main roles include leading property acquisitions, dispositions, and refinances, coordinating equity fundraising, and managing investor relations. He has successfully raised $60 million in equity and oversees relationships with more than 200 investors. Andrew leads the acquisitions team, executing over $200 million in commercial acquisitions and $300 million in financing transactions, while also handling strategic portfolio dispositions totaling $50 million. His role involves developing and implementing strategic business initiatives in collaboration with the executive team and board of advisors.
Andrew’s career at Oxford Companies began in 2009 as an intern, progressing through roles such as market analyst, investment analyst, investment manager, and investment director. His significant contributions include spearheading due diligence processes, coordinating financing, and leading strategic discussions at the executive level.
Andrew’s professional development includes certifications in real estate and urbanism, and he is a licensed real estate salesperson in Michigan. He is a graduate of the Larson Center for Leadership and a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Real Estate and Technology Local Product Council.
Andrew holds a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Michigan, where he completed coursework in real estate development, finance, architecture, and urban planning. During his time at the university, he was a board member of the Alternative Investments Club and a member of the Michigan Economic Society.
