Hoey Awarded Graham Center Catalyst Award

Lesli Hoey and collaborators from SEAS were recently awarded one of three $10,000 Catalyst Grants from the Graham Sustainability Institute. The project, titled “Evidence-based, Sustainable Decision-Making for Institutional Food Service Providers” is a unique collaboration between food systems scholars and practitioners across the University of Michigan and the state, including Hoey (Assistant Professor of Urban and Regional Planning and Sustainable Food Systems Cluster Hire), Keoleian (Professor, SEAS), Heller (Research Specialist, Center for Sustainable Systems), Alex Bryan (Michigan Dining, Manager of the student-led UM Sustainable Food Program), Jeremy Moghtader (UM Campus Farm Manager), and partners at the Michigan Farm to Institution Network.
